Application Process

Key manufacturing steps for serum and treatment formulations

Raw Material Dissolution

Dissolve low-MW HA and nano-collagen peptides in chilled deionized water (15-25°C) under gentle stirring to prevent degradation. Allow full hydration for 30-60 min. Avoid temperatures above 40°C.

Active Ingredient Addition

Add supplementary actives (vitamins, niacinamide, botanical extracts) at temperatures below 40°C. Add heat-sensitive ingredients last. Ensure uniform dispersion without air entrapment.

Sterile Filtration

Pass formulation through 0.22 μm PES membrane filter for microbial control. For preservative-free serums, maintain aseptic conditions throughout. Test bioburden per USP <61>.

Filling & Packaging

Fill under aseptic conditions into airless pump, dropper or ampoule containers. Use UV-protective or opaque packaging for light-sensitive actives. Recommended shelf life: 12-18 months.
